AbstractComplications following pelvic radiation are frequently under-reported and inadequately addressed. This overview examines the nature and the intensity of complications encountered by cancer survivors; it focuses specifically on gastrointestinal and vaginal complications, and the problems surrounding the methods of recording and assessing toxicities.
